PLAYER INFORMATION:

Registration is limited to the first 120 players. (Checks only) Payment is due in full by May 15th, 2007.

Early Registration (prior to May 15^th) $100 per player. Includes Tournament Play and Hamburger Buffet Awards Dinner after tournament play concludes. Additional Dinner tickets can be pre-purchased for $15.00 each.

Late Registration Fee: $140.00 per player after May 15^th, 2007.
