The Cowtown Coliseum is Home of the World's First Indoor Rodeo. The
Cowtown Coliseum located in the heart of the Fort Worth Stockyards has a rich history
steeped in Rodeo and the West. The Cowtown Coliseum offers all the modern amenities, yet
retains the feel of an historic site. Spectators can sit in air conditioned comfort and
view the best in Rodeo and Western action. In 1986 the Cowtown Coliseum was totally
refurbished and brought up to modern day standards. This includes the heating and air
conditioning systems, in addition to the production lighting and sound.
The Mesquite Rodeo area was built in 1986 and has a seating capacity of
5,000 seats. The Mesquite Rodeo is one of the best indoor rodeo's in the
Metroplex. Rodeo Season is from April to Ocotober. They are located about 15 minutes
east of Downtown Dallas in Mesquite Texas.
The Fort Worth livestock show and Rodeo held every year in late
January. Check their site for more details on the fun and excitement they do
provide. Well worth you time to visit them.
Botaga Rodeo Association has their annual event the last weekend of
June every year. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, full of Rodeo action. All
around family entertainment that can't be beat. Live Rodeo Band that will keep every event
in time. The Bogata Rodeo Arena has a new look since 1999. With it's continuing idea
"That every seat is a good seat" with the spectator in mind, new bull shoots
where added with the loved Barrel Racers dream, the center alley design. It's A Big Three
Day Affair June 22nd,23rd and 24th in Red River Co with parades on Thursday and Saturday @
